Caitlin A. Daley, AIA
Caitlin Daley contributes leadership, enthusiasm, and energy to her role as a BKP Principal. She deeply values the collaborative nature of architecture and welcomes coordination and cooperation with all members of a project team, from clients and users to engineers, consultants, and contractors.
Concept-oriented and skilled at resolving complex challenges, Caitlin works closely with clients to ensure design solutions achieve their goals and vision. She advocates for strong architectural solutions in which the entire team and community at large take pride and feel a sense of ownership. Her good judgment, staff mentoring, and knowledge of all phases of a project have made her a valuable leader at BKP, earning her promotion to Associate in 2016 and Principal in 2020.
Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the Pennsylvania State University where she won the Premio Piranesi Design Competition, was a finalist in the Paul Klossman Thesis Design Competition, and took honorable mentions in the Chris Fagan and Corbelletti Design Competitions. Caitlin is a registered architect in Pennsylvania and holds NCARB certification. She is a member of the National Association of College & University Food Services and the Society for College and University Planning. She is past volunteer with the ACE Mentor Program of Greater Philadelphia and the Community Design Collaborative.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Caitlin has served on the board of the Philadelphia Falcons Soccer Club since 2015, as the organization’s president in 2018, and as its tournament co-chair in 2019.
