The Pennsylvania State Police Philadelphia Headquarters earned a Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) Mid-Atlantic Chapter 2017 Project of the Year Award. The CMAA Project Achievement Awards honor those projects constructed in the Mid-Atlantic region that represent creativity and innovation through construction and program management. The Pa. State Police Headquarters earned recognition as a sustainable project.
One of Pennsylvania’s largest and most-respected women-owned professional construction management firms, JBC Associates, Inc., provided construction management on the project. BKP and JBC collaborated on the CMAA Project Achievement Award application, describing how security features and sustainability were woven into the project’s design and construction, and how the new facility maximizes troop efficiency.
